Cancellation by Customer

Customers are empowered to cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by reaching out to our dedicated customer service team. Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes ineligible for cancellation. In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions or violations of our website’s terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our discretion, with or without prior notification to the customer. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access or cancel any orders placed by them.

Returns

We adhere to a strict no-return or exchange policy. However, we will consider exchanges or returns under the following circumstances:

  1. The product is damaged, empty, or contains wrong/missing items upon delivery.
  2. Customers are required to provide an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as images of the damaged product or any questionable item.
